THE INFLUENCE OF CONTEXT ON HOW FOOD IS EXPERIENCED

Taste is not the only aspect that counts today and consumers are focusing more and more on the food experience as a whole. New methodology enables us to discover how consumers experience food. Naturally, this also depends on the context in which the food is eaten; eating exactly the same meal at home will be a very different experience from eating it in the company of friends. This seminar will therefore examine the role of context in the food experience.
